Internal ventilation

It is ensured that the hot air passing through the condenser is not returned to the dryer with the ventilation channel placed inside the dryers whose condensers are placed in the upper part. Thus, maximum efficiency is achieved in the ventilation inside the machine.

External Ventilation to Upper Section

In large dryers with a condenser, external ventilation ducts (to prevent overheating of the machine room or to heat other rooms by exhausting hot air) are easily installed and do not require additional labor, thanks to specially designed bolts placed on the top cover layer.

Automatic Discharge System

Liquid water droplets from the line are separated and removed by the water separator before entering the dryer, thus maximizing the performance of the dryer.

Insulation

All necessary parts are covered with a sufficient thickness of insulating material to prevent heat from the external environment and ensure the highest performance. Not only the cooling circuit, but also the cold drain pipes and hoses are not neglected here.

Independent Electrical Panel

The panel is isolated from the cooling circuit. An exterior hinged panel provides quick access without the need to open the dryer vents during any electrical operation.

Dryer Electrical Connection

Electrical connection to the dryer is very easy. Power line cables secured with unions provide direct access to the electrical box without entering the dryer.

Hot gas by-pass valve

By-Pass Valve Especially on large dryers, Hot Gas By-Pass valves are also quite large. In large dryers, even a small amount of hot gas sent unintentionally affects the operation of the dryer. For this reason, we are careful not to use conventional Hot Gas By-Pass valves in the large systems we design. The valve used is pressure controlled as in conventional HGBPVs, but when the dryer requires 100% cooling, the solenoid valve closes fully, maximizing performance.
